Commercial Tenants

The Admiral welcomes our two new commercial tenants. They will be a strong key to the viability and energy of our building.

Shoppers Drug Mart will open a brand new store on the Hurontario stretch of the building - 17,000 square feet of expanded new concept space, offering everything we've come to trust and expect from Shoppers Drug Mart.

The signature corner at Hurontario and Hume will be the new home of the Bank of Montreal. A great Canadian cornerstone for our great Collingwood cornerstone.

In all, two-thirds of the available street level commercial space has been claimed to date.

The Admiral is in daily conference with plans for our remaining commercial space. Be assured, the news will be welcome to you as residents and to the community around us, as our street-front business level continues to prove to be a great location for the services that we count on.
